Fashion forward Rita stepped out in New York looking like she'd been inspired by what we can only imagine was a recent run in with a traffic warden.
Wearing a dark overcoat with black and white checkered detailing on the arms, all Rita was missing was an ID badge and a notebook.
She paired the strange ensemble with a pair of stylish knee-high yellow and black boots.
It comes just a day after she stepped out in an equally eye-catching outfit while wearing the similar 70s-style sunglasses.
