The "How We Do" songstress and the Blink 182 drummer got the romance ball rolling at the Power 106 All-Star Basketball Game held Sept. 20 in Los Angeles, according to the mag.
Barker, 39, performed his new single "100" at the radio's event, and later took a photo with Ora where he called her “beautiful” on Instagram.
Sources says Ora made the first move and gave him her digits.
Barker, who was once married to model Shanna Moakler, is "really into her,” an insider claims.
Ora, 24, previously dated Taylor Swift's boyfriend, Calvin Harris, and reality star, Rob Kardashian.
She split with her most recent beau Ricky Hil, the son of fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger, in July.
Reps for Rita Ora declined to comment.
