The Germany international who is of Turkish descent is a top fan of the Super Lig side and has often been linked to a move there throughout his career.
It was also disclosed that secrete talks exists between agents of the player and that of the club.
The 27-year-old is said to have met with officials from Fenerbahce in February where he showed interest for a move to the club, saying “anything is possible.”
The former Real Madrid man Ozil is contracted to the Emirates Stadium side until June 2018.
