The board of the United Bank for Africa (UBA) Group has approved the appointment of Mr. Kennedy Uzoka as the Group Managing Director.
The appointment will become effective from August 1st, 2016 and is subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Uzoka succeeds Mr. Phillips Oduoza, who will retire
on July 31, 2016, after leading the UBA Group for two terms.
