Nicki Minaj 'posts $100,000 bail for brother after he's charged with raping a 12-year-old'

Nicki Minaj posted $100,000 bail money for her older brother after he was charged with raping a 12-year-old, according to reports.

US reports claim the rapper's 37-year-old sibling, Jelani Minaj, was charged on Long Island and was freed from Nassau County jail this week after bail was set.


According to the New York Post, Nicki herself put up the bond, backing it with two homes she owns in Baldwin, New York.

Details of the alleged offence have not yet been released, including the date he is accused of raping the youngster.
