Earl simmons popularly known DMX was jailed for his failure to adhere with a family court ruling which clearly stated that he should pay child support worth $400000 to one of his numerous babay mamas which he did not.
DMX made an appearance in court on the 14th of july 2015 where the judge sentenced him to 6 months imprisonment, he has since been incarcerated at the Erie County Holding center.
